Australian University students from four universities are camping out in support of Gaza from Tuesday.
The camps started with the University of Queensland and the Australian National University in Canberra on Monday.
University of Sydney on Tuesday joined with students between 40 and 60 but the numbers increased to about 200 people and the University of Melbourne joined on Thursday as the movement spreads.
There is new camp expected at Curtin University in Perth on Wednesday.
Protesters say their camps will remain until their demands are met.
The students are demanding the disclosure of and divestment from all university activities that support Israel, as well as a ceasefire and the end of government ties to the Jewish state.
The movement in support of Gaza in Australia have been applauded by US protesters, as for now to about 50 universities in US are in the movement.
