Africa CEO Forum in Kigali: Five Presidents to attend

Five African presidents are expected to attend the Africa CEO Forum 2024 in Kigali, Rwanda which will gather more than 2,000 African private sector leaders, Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), and international investors.

The forum is scheduled to take place in Kigali on May 16-17, 2024.

This forum is organized in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.

According to the organizer of the summit, the five African Presidents expected to attend are President Paul Kagame, President William Ruto of Kenya, President Mokgweetsi Masisi of Botswana, President Filipe Nyusi of Mozambique, President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti, and the Prime Minister of Côte d’Ivoire, Robert Beugré Mambé.

The benefits of participating in this summit for the CEOs include engaging in high-level networking with the continent’s top decision-makers, capitalizing on new business opportunities within a transaction-friendly environment, gaining insights from consultants at leading firms to guide or enhance their strategies, and seizing new business opportunities in an environment conducive to transactions.

The last session of the Africa CEO Forum was held in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in 2023.

President Paul Kagame and his Kenyan counterpart, William Ruto, among the five heads of State to attend the AFRICA CEO Forum.
