Watergardens Shopping Centre is rocked again after a teenager boy allegedly threatened patrons with a machet about 7.30pm on Friday.
The 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged with making threats to kill and being armed with criminal intent.
He was granted bail to appear before the Children’s Court at a later date.
The incident comes few hours after 30-year-old man threatened a woman and a man employee inside the same mall with the knife about 12.50pm.
The mall was sent into lockdown.
Both incidents didn’t cause serious injuries and both charges have been laid by Victoria police.
Victoria Police said they would be undertaking “proactive patrols” at the centre on Saturday and Sunday.
