Rwandans living in Central Africa Republic have gathered together for the 30th commemoration of Genocide against the Tutsi 1994.
Rwandans were joined in the event by their friends as well as President of Central Africa Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadéra, High Commissioner of Rwanda to Central Africa Republic, KAYUMBA Olivier, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and head of MINUSCA, RUGWABIZA Valentine and other diplomats.
Today, in Rwanda the commemoration week comes to end honouring policians resting at Rebero Genocide Memorial who were killed because they rejected discrimination and plan of exterminating the Tutsi and instead fought for the unity of Rwandans.
Commemoration activities will continue for 100 days until April 19.
